versaCRMMailOut

versaCRMMailOut allows email to be sent out of versaSRS directly instead of being associated with a Case. For more information on sending email via CRM refer to the versaCRM section.

To configure versaCRMMailOut the account details must be correctly entered into the versaSRS Global Settings.

The following fields need to be configured within the versaSRS Global Settings.

CRMSMTPAccount	versaCRM SMTP Account Name.
CRMSMTPAddress	versaCRM SMTP MailOut Email Address.
CRMSMTPAuthentication	versaCRM SMTP Authentication.
CRMSMTPPassword	versaCRM SMTP Account Password.
CRMSMTPPort	versaCRM SMTP Port Number.
CRMSMTPRetries	versaCRM SMTP Retries.
CRMSMTPServer	versaCRM SMTP Server.
CRMSMTPSSLTLS	versaCRM SMTP SSL / TLS Encryption Type.
CRMSMTPStartTLS	Enable versaCRM SMTP SSL / TLS (Only Applies if CRMSMTPSSLTLS Is Not "None").
CRMSMTPTimeout	versaCRM SMTP Server Timeout.

Note: When making changes to versaCRMMailOut settings, the service will need to be restarted for the change to take effect.
