versaCRM Mail

versaCRM Mail can be used to send correspondence directly from versaSRS without being attached to a Record (Case/Problem/RFC/Task).
To send an email via versaCRM select the Create New icon on the Navigation Header and click Correspondence.

This will display the Correspondence window where the email can be constructed and sent. A Template can be applied by clicking on the Template icon () and selecting the desired Template.

versaCRM Mail is accessed by clicking the Correspondences option under the My CRM icon on the Navigation Sidebar as shown below.

The Correspondence Type filter at the top right of the page will allow you to filter the correspondences by All, MailIn (Received Emails), or MailOut (Sent Emails).
