versaCRMMailIn

versaCRMMailIn allows email to be received into versaSRS directly instead of being associated with a Case. For more information on CRM Correspondence refer the versaCRM section.

To configure versaCRMMailIn the account details must be correctly entered into the versaSRS Global Settings..

The following fields need to be configured within the versaSRS Global Settings.

Key Details
CRMMailboxAccount versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Mailbox Account.
CRMMailboxPassword versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Mailbox Account Password.
CRMMailServer versaCRM Mail Server.
CRMMailServerAuthentication versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Authentication Type.
CRMMailServerPort versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Port Number.
CRMMailServerSSL Enable / Disable versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP SSL.

Note: When making changes to versaCRMMailIn settings, the service will need to be restarted for the change to take effect.
