versaCRMMailIn

versaCRMMailIn allows email to be received into versaSRS directly instead of being associated with a Record (Case/Problem/RFC/Task).

The following Application Properties allow for receiving versaCRM Mail, they are configured within the Global Settings.

CRMMailboxAccount versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Mailbox Account
CRMMailboxPassword versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Mailbox Account Password
CRMMailServer versaCRM Mail Server.
CRMMailServerAuthentication versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Authentication Type
CRMMailServerPort versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Port Number
CRMMailServerSSL Enable / Disable versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP SSL

Note: When making changes to versaCRMMailIn settings, the service will need to be restarted for the change to take effect.
