versaCRMMailIn
versaCRMMailIn allows email to be received into versaSRS directly instead of being associated with a Case. For more information on CRM Correspondence refer the versaCRM section.
To configure versaCRMMailIn the account details must be correctly entered into the versaSRS Global Settings..
The following fields need to be configured within the versaSRS Global Settings.

CRMMailboxPassword | versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Mailbox Account Password. |
CRMMailServer | versaCRM Mail Server. |
CRMMailServerAuthentication | versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Authentication Type. |
CRMMailServerPort | versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP Port Number. |
CRMMailServerSSL | Enable / Disable versaCRM EWS / POP3 / IMAP SSL. |
Note: When making changes to versaCRMMailIn settings, the service will need to be restarted for the change to take effect.
