Overview

Cases can be scheduled in versaSRS to log periodically on particular dates and times. This allows for recurring Cases to be logged and assigned to the appropriate User(s) for actioning.
A Scheduled Case will be logged based on a Case Template.

Scheduled Cases can be managed by selecting the Scheduled Cases icon from the versaSpinner - Templates & Scheduling tab.

This will display the System Schedules screen where Scheduled Cases can be created and edited.

To create a Scheduled Case set the Name and select the Case Template that the Scheduled Case will be created based on.

The Recurrence pattern section contains Daily, Weekly, and Monthly options, that will allow for any pattern to be configured.*

There is also an option to set the End Date of a Scheduled Case if required.

* NOTE: For the Schedule to run as expected ensure that the date and time set in the 'Start' field is the same date and time the first Case should be created in versaSRS.
