Download Records

versaSRS allows a Record (Case/Problem/RFC/Task) to be downloaded into a zip package which can be archived or distributed as required.

A zip package can be compiled by selecting the Build Zip Package icon located on the right side of the Records Toolbar.

NOTE: The versaSRSScheduler Service must be running as this is what builds the zip package. Any Record which has a total size exceeding 20MB will be scheduled for download and will prompt the User with a notification in versaSRS when the download is complete. Records under 20MB will be downloaded instantly.
